Schedule changes - Tuesday 7.30pm class now an Internal Arts study group.
As of February 2009, Guro Renato Alfonso will be teaching Visayan Eskrima in San Leandro. Please contact him through www.visayaneskrima.com for details.
The 7.30 - 8.45pm slot on Tuesday evenings at Suigetsukan Dojo will now be an open study group for the practice of Bagua Zhang, Hsing-I and Tai Chi.
Students who attend the Tuesday and Thursday morning Bagua classes at Suigetsukan are welcome as are continuing students of Luo De Xiu.
This is not a class but a study group for those interested in improving their skills, where interaction is encouraged between seniors, intermediate and beginner students to explore and answer questions that arise during personal practice.
Feel free to walk circles in a corner, pick a partner to practice fighting applications or push hands with, or review formwork.
If you are interested in attending, see me at class or e-mail me at randomflow@gmail.com
